We have a VERY SMALL single room to rent out in our safe and reliable family house in SW18 area. It’s 7 minutes walk to Southfields tube station. We have two young children, so 4 people in total.

We are looking for:
* A single full time professional FEMALE who works EVERY WEEKENDS please. Because our children stay at home every Saturday and Sunday. During weekday, they go to local school.
* the person must be friendly, kind and reliable.
* No smoker or alcoholic.

We offer:
* Low rent: the rent is £399 per calendar month (that’s £92 per week). The deposit is also £399.
* all bills included: water, gas, electricity, home broadband, council tax, tv license.
* All cleaning products included: washing up liquid, toilet paper, kitchen and bathroom sprays, toilet bleach, etc.
