Loft Double Room in Southfields

Large double room available from the 9th of March in Southfields. The room is the biggest in the house and on the top floor with a bathroom on the landing. Comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, two chest of drawers, desk, mirror, two bedside tables and a double bed.

There are currently three people in the house, one girl and two guys, all working professionals from the UK. We enjoy hanging out with each other at the weekend, having a few drinks and catching up on the week in front of a movie or dinner.

The house is situated a few minutes walk from Southfields tube station, opposite the gym and a marks and spenders. In the other direction is King George's park next to Southside shopping centre with a cinema, lots of restaurants and various shops.

Rent is £637.50 a month excluding bills. Utility bills normally come to a total of £75 in the winter and £50 in the summer. The deposit is £860 and there is a £180 fee for the name change on the contract.
