I have a single room available to rent out in a 4-bedroom flat at SW19 6TH in Southfields area. It’s £770 per calendar month. ALL BILLS and most cleaning products are INCLUDED, as well as weekly cleaner lady comes regularly. The deposit is 1 month rent. Short term can be considered, but with different rate, please contact me for details if it’s a short rent, particularly less than a month.

* A laundry room includes a Bosch wash machine and a Bosch tumble dryer.
* kitchen has a Bosch cooker, a microwave, an Bosch oven, a big tall Samsung fridge, a kettle and a toaster. The kitchen has nearly everything that you would need.

I'm looking for a clean, easy going and friendly person to move in. There is one lady and two gents are living in the flat right now. No pets allowed. No smoking and alcoholic please! Strict Non smoker only. No friends allowed to stay over the night for safety and security reason for all flatmate, day time is fine, unless a good reason given plus notify the landlord in advance, a nightly charge might occur.
