* A laundry room includes a Bosch wash machine and a Bosch tumble dryer.
* kitchen has a Bosch cooker, a microwave, an Bosch oven, a big tall Samsung fridge, a kettle and a toaster. The kitchen has nearly everything that you would need.

I'm looking for a clean, easy going and friendly person to move in. There is one lady and two gents are living in the flat right now. No pets allowed. No smoking and alcoholic please! Strict Non smoker only. No friends allowed to stay over the night for safety and security reason for all flatmate, day time is fine, unless a good reason given plus notify the landlord in advance, a nightly charge might occur.
