Double bedroom

Hi there! A large, bright and comfortable double room will become available from the 8th of July. The room comes furnished and it's perfect for one person. Common areas in the flat are a clean and spacious bathroom and a kitchen provided with all the necessary appliances.
There is not living room but the kitchen is big enough for a family dinner all togheter :)
The flat is located 5mins walk from Southfieds station and 2 mins walk from the bus stop that brings you to Clapham Junction and Wimbledon in 10 minutes. The area is full of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. A gym is 5 minutes walking from the flat and a shopping center with cinema is at 5 minutes by bus.
I am a 25 Italian guy working in a hotel mainly in the evening and the other flatmate is a 30 English guy working during the week and almost always home for dinner.
We are looking for another professional worker, tidy, clean buddy to share the flat with.
The rent is £600 per month plus council tax and internet (£33), the rest of the bills is included in the rent.
