Available from the end of June for a maximum 2 month short-term let, this lovely flat is a 7 mins walk to Southfields tube, zone 3 and a 17 min walk to Earlsfield mainline station.

Looking for a respectful, easy-going flatmate for a double, furnished room in this period maisonette. The flat also boasts a large, modern living room, a stylish fitted eat-in kitchen and a lovely, sunny balcony and west-facing garden. Price includes all bills (incl. broadband and Sky TV).

I am a live-in landlord but am fairly relaxed. I work as a GP so am pretty busy but in downtime I enjoy travel, good gin, wine, languages (I’m learning Spanish), cooking/baking and Netflix. Also a fan of cricket and tennis.

You’d be sharing with me and one other male professional. The bathroom would only be shared with them (I have my own bathroom).
