Laid back and easy going big house which you will be sharing with 2 others (mid 30s)

Large bedroom with a massive bed overlooking the garden.
The room on the third floor is an en-suite so you will be only be sharing the bathroom with one other. (FYI the shower is v good)
Massive downstairs area to chill out
French doors that open out to a big south facing garden that gets plenty of sun.
It’s a pretty social house and when the weather turns up, we like to enjoy the garden and have plenty of BBQs.

Travel;
5-10 minute walk to Southfields station (District Line)
5-10 minute walk to Earlsfield station (trains to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo)

£700 per month all in (no deposit).
Move in Date – Weekend of the 13/14th July but can do earlier if need be.
