The location:
5 minutes walk to Southfields Station (District Line), 12 minutes to Earlsfield train station, 1 minute to bus no 156. Close to some great pubs, restaurants, parks and gyms.
The house:
A 2 bedroom ground floor maisonette with newly fitted kitchen and recently redesigned garden perfect for BBQs and evening G&Ts. The kitchen has a small breakfast bar and leads on to a cosy scandi inspired living area. I have sonos speakers in the flat and Netflix and prime video on the TV for those rainy london evenings.
One shared bathroom with a bath as well as your own private ensuite. The house has it's own front door and also has locked private side access perfect for if you cycle into work or as a hobby. The garden also has a secure covered bike storage enough for 2 bikes.
On street permit parking is available.
The room:
Fully furnished with brand new Kingsize bed, double wardrobe with sliding doors and built in drawers. The bedroom is an ensuite room, so you will have your own private bathroom. The ensuite itself is super light and modern with a large velux window, walk-in shower and brand new fittings and fixtures.
£825 for single occupant, sorry no couples.
One months rent required as a deposit.

I am a 27 year old female working in the Architecture industry. I love to go out for a good night out with my girlfriends equally as much I love a night in in front of killing Eve with a glass of wine and a bag of sensations. I like to go to gym classes a couple of times a week and love trying new things in London, I have been here for 5 years now but still have so much to see! Anything food or drink related (specifically sunday roast or brunch) you can count me in.
