The house is located on a lovely quiet street, only 5 minutes from Southfields Tube Station on the District line and buses 39 & 492 to Putney, Richmond, Clapham Junction and Wandsworth. The area is very safe, quiet and residential and has Wimbledon Park and Wimbledon Common very close by. It is also close to Fulham, the Waterloo mainline, Southside shopping centre & Wimbledon.

Local amenities include a doctors’ surgery a 15 minute walk away, a dental surgery a 5 minute walk away, nearby gyms, three supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsburys and M&S Food) a 5 minute walk away and, a local pub, cafes and restaurants.

The house would be shared with Chloe, Chris and Steph. All three are relaxed and fun. Their professions, as a lawyer, personal trainer and travel consultant make them very useful housemates to have!
