Double room in quiet flat

Hello,
I have a double room available from the beginning of September in a very quiet two bed flat, in a small block,. for £600 pcm. I It has a double bed, side table and a double mirrored built in wardrobe. Alternatively you could take the small singe room, off the living area for £520 PCM. (Photo's to follow as having single room set up and flat painted)
The bathroom has a lovely over-bath shower.
The kitchen has all the usual, including a washing machine.

Electricity and gas are paid for by meter which you will be expected to contribute to. It's fairly cheap...maybe £20 a month for both...but will be reviewed after two months...we should have q better idea by then.

The flat has very good transport links. 5-10 mins to Southfields, (zone 3), or 10-15 mins to East Putney/.Putney train station (zone 2). It is very close to the A3. There is free parking on the street. The Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability is a 4 min walk away.
1 min walk to bus stop for 39 to Putney Bridge Station, 493 to Richmond (via Roehampton University and Queen Mary's Hospital), 3 min walk to 170 bus stops going to Roehampton or Victoria station (via Clapham Junction Station etc).
4 min walk for 39 (to clapham junction and 493 in other direction to St George's Hospital)

There is also a communal garden.

I'm looking for someone quiet and private who will not be at home all day (not a home worker etc). A non smoker. I don't drink but i'm happy to be sociable and have zero beer with you of an evening.
