Quiet double bedroom w/own bathroom in Southfields

I am looking for a friendly and tidy professional to share a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bathrooms flat, available Monday to Friday, while my sister is away. Price is negotiable for fewer days of stay during the week.

I am a 45 year old female professional working in Central London who likes quiet evenings but I do enjoy a chat over a coffee or a glass of wine.

I have my own double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

This is a double bedroom with a double bed with comfy mattress, bedside cabinet, build-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. You could leave your personal stuff over the weekend, if needed. The main bathroom (seen in the picture) has a full bath tub and shower, toilet and sink - used only by you.

The open plan kitchen and the living room will be shared. The flat is impeccably clean with wooden floor and underfloor heating throughout.

There is wifi and TV with Sky cable available, with a variety of channels. The living room is very bright with a beautiful view of a cedar in front of the house, furnished with a table with chairs and a cozy couch.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hob and all the other appliances.

There is an iron and iron board available, and all bedding is provided with towels. All the bills are included and the cleaning will be provided but I would expect that you would tidy up after yourself.

There is a beautiful, well maintained communal garden at the back of the house with table and chairs that can be used. There is space for one bike to be secured on rack in the back garden.

The flat on the first floor of a converted property, in a very safe, leafy residential area, less than 5 minutes walk from the Southfields station on District Line/Wimbledon branch. There are easy transport connections towards Wimbledon, Clapham Junction, Earls Court, St George`s Hospital, Roehampton University, Victoria Station and Richmond.

Wimbledon Commons, Wimbledon Park and the famous Wimbledon Tennis Arenas are all within a 10 minutes walking distance. There is easy exit to A3.

There is a variety of restaurants, groceries and coffee shops, close by (near the tube station): M&S Food hall, local Sainsbury`s and Tesco and a Gail Bakery is due to open soon. There is a 24 hours gym near tube station and other sport facilities including swimming pool within 20 minutes walk.
