Double Room 7 minutes from Southfields

A bright sunny double room located 7 minutes walk away from Southfields Tube station.

The room is located on the 2nd floor of a two story maisonette. Furnished with bed, drawers and an open wardrobe!

It's nice and sunny in the summer and warm in the winter too 😊 There's a shared bathroom with one other flatmate that has a bath/shower.

We have a huge lounge with two sofas and a giant TV! We spend a lot of time relaxing there as it's very cosy. We also have a lovely garden, great for bbqs and film nights. The kitchen is fully equipped, recently painted and comes with a dishwasher and washing machine/tumble drier.

Parking is on street and requires a premit.

We both work in the film and television industry and are down for having folks round for a beer, board game or a bbq or going out for a dance or movie. We'd love someone who both likes their own space but also would join us for drinks and TV nights, make the place their own.

We're both LGBT so it would be great to find someone who would feel comfortable around us 😁
