We’re a friendly couple offering a bright and spacious double room with your own private bathroom (just next to the room on the same floor, used only by you).

5 minutes to Wimbledon Park
15-minute walk to Wimbledon Common, Wimbledon Village & the tennis courts
Major supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, M&S, Tesco) 2–5 mins walk
Waitrose and Lidl around 15 mins away
Local gym (“The Gym”) just 5 mins walk

👫 About Us
We are a couple living in the property and looking for a tidy, respectful lodger. This is not a house share, we’re letting just the room, and it’s important to us that the person renting it is clean, considerate, and has an active life outside of home.
We’d prefer someone who socialises outside rather than spending all their time at home. Please note: the room is for you only, we aren’t able to accommodate guests or visitors.
