Double room with own bathroom. (Bathroom is next to the room-on the same floor only for the room for the person who is renting out the room)
2 minutes from Southfields, 20 minutes from central London.
5 minutes from Wimbledon park, 15 walk to Wimbledon common, Wimbledon tennis courts, Wimbledon village.
Major supermarkets short walk a way about 2-5 min (Sainsbury’s, M&S, Tesco) Waitrose and Liddle is only 15 min away.
There is a gym close by -5 min walk. The Gym.
We are a landlord couple, would like to let our spare room.
It is important to us the new lodger is clean and considerate. And have a life outside work, goes out to socialise with their friends and not at home all the time :)
We are only letting a room, this is not a house share, also please note that we don’t want friends visiting, as the room is only for you ;)
