Hello, I have a freshly decorated, bright and comfortable double room available Monday to Friday, perfect for a professional looking for a quiet, relaxed place to stay during the working week.

The house is in a great location with excellent transport links:

* 5 minutes’ walk to Southfields Underground
* 12 minutes’ walk to Earlsfield Overground
* Easy access into central London

Light and airy room with:

* A comfortable double bed
* Fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and shelving
* Tea & coffee-making facilities
* Large French doors leading onto a private balcony, lovely in the warmer months

What’s included:
* All bills
* Regular cleaning
* Bed linen (changed every two weeks)
* Share a large family bathroom with just one other person.

You’ll also be welcome to use the spacious kitchen/lounge, which has bi-fold doors opening out onto the garden — a great space to unwind after work.

Occasional street parking may be available by arrangement.

* Monday–Friday only (the room isn’t available at weekends)
* Not suitable for working from home
