Private Loft Studio

Hi guys,

I am renting out a spacious furnished studio (all bills included) with private bathroom and kitchenette, in a two storey flat in Southfields near Wimbledon Club Tennis Courts. Located 3 min walk from Southfields tube and bus stations, which gives a great connection to the Central London.

Limited storage & single occupancy only, ideally someone of a similar age.

Available from Mid January.

I live in the flat on the first floor which has the same staircase to the studio. I am 32, work in digital marketing, and on weekends like to go out or enjoy a glass of wine (or two) with netflix.
Studio has a king size bed and a single sofa bed. The Loft space is clean and very light, well equipped and thoroughly maintained.
The Loft Studio is on the upper, second floor as an integral part of a two storey flat that sits in a lovely Edwardian Style Terraced House.

At the ground level of the house is main door from where by the stairs the first floor flat can be accessed. Through the first floor flat, by the second set of stairs, the Loft Studio can be reached.
