Household Notes (Please read carefully)

• One flatmate will work from home almost full-time,
→The flat would not suit someone looking to WFH full-time.
• As it’s a shared space, friends/family/partners can stay occasionally, but this is always communicated and kept respectful of shared areas
• There is a cat in the flat, she walks and sleeps freely around the house.
→ Ideally you love cats and are not allergic 🐱
• No smokers
• No students, landlord prefers professionals.
• Please apply only if you plan to stay in the UK for the foreseeable future.

• Cleaning is a shared responsibility — looking for someone tidy who cleans after themselves, respects the cleaning rota in place and can help maintain a good standard of cleanliness in a 3-person household.

Southfields station is a 5 min walk away

Wimbledon Park (park, not station) is a 2 minute walk away.

Close by there’s Sainsbury’s, Caffe Nero, Gail’s, M&S Food, Franco Manca, DropShot coffee, Boots, Tesco express, The Gym, etc.
