Southfields women flatshare

Sadly our flatmate is moving cities due to work so we are looking for a flatmate!

A small double room is becoming available in a women only flatshare, sharing with two other women in their early 30s. The household is made up of hard-working professionals who enjoy a relaxed, homely atmosphere. Evenings can involve catching up or being respectful of each other’s space and day-to-day routines.

The Room
• Small double bedroom
• Plenty of storage for one person (1 wardrobe right outside the room, 2 small chest of drawers + under-bed storage) Optional: bookshelf (last flat mate couldn’t take it so you can use it or we can book a collection)
• Window with a lovely view of the city (lovely at night)

The Flat
• Spacious shared living area with dining table and lovely green outlook.
• Well-equipped kitchen with all cooking facilities and utensils
• Shared bathroom with walking shower
•Small balcony

Household Notes
• One of the girls works from home almost full time, the other occasionally , so the flat wouldn’t suit someone looking to WFH full-time
→ Office-based or part-time WFH would be ideal
• As it’s a shared space, friends/family/partners can stay occasionally, but this is always communicated and kept respectful of shared areas
• There is a cat in the flat, she is not confined to one room so she walks around.
→ Ideally you love cats and you are not allergic.
• No smokers, please
• Professionals only — unfortunately the landlord does not accept students.
•Only apply if you intend to stay in the UK for the foreseeable future.

• Cleaning is a shared responsibility — we’re looking for someone tidy who cleans after themselves, respects the cleaning rota in place and can help maintain a good standard of cleanliness in a 3-person household.

About the area:
Wimbledon Park is a 2 minute walk away. Close by there’s Sainsbury’s, Caffe Nero, Gail’s, M&S Food, Franco Manca, Drop Shot coffee, Boots, Tesco express, The Gym, etc.

• £680 per calendar month
• Deposit: £680
• Bills: Divided amongst the flatmates, WiFi, water, council tax and gas and electricity.
Viewings: Will take place in the evening or maybe Saturday morning.
