We are offering a single room accommodation for single young FEMALE occupant, preferably university student with experiences in cleaning , IT and housekeeping skills.
We would like someone ;
(1) flexibility in providing minimum 7 hours for house cleaning and
(2) assistance in IT occasionally ;
(3) helps with gardening and domestic tasks.
in exchange of the accommodation (single room ) with bills inclusive.
Our house is a modern house with garden , located about 7 minutes walk from Southfields station. 2 minutes from bus stop 493 & 39 .
Deposit is £650,
Rent £650 per month , divides into two parts : (1) rent £200 + (2) housekeeping as described above (1-3)
