We are offering a single room accommodation for single young FEMALE occupant, preferably university student with experiences in cleaning , IT and housekeeping skills.
We would like someone with flexibility in providing minimum 7 hours for house cleaning and assistance in IT occasionally , helps with gardening and domestic tasks when needed .
In exchange of the accommodation (single room ) with bills inclusive .
Our house is a modern house with garden , located about 7 minutes walk from Southfields station. 2 minutes from bus stop 493 & 39 .
Deposit is £500
Rent divides into two parts :
(1) cash £200 + (2) 7 housekeeping per week as described above.
