Looking for a new flat mate for a two bedroom flat share in Southfields. 7 minute walk to Southfields tube and close to Earlsfield, Wandsworth and other hubs. The room is at the top of the house, it's a very large double attic room with loads of storage and space. Completely furnished it comes with bed and cupboards. The current housemate is up for selling other furnishings from the room too. The flat is split over two floors, with a bedroom on each, so it feels spacious and private. There's a good size kitchen, living room and bath. To the rear, over looking a little park, is a balcony for bike storage, evening drinks etc. Not much of a party flat, it's more about chilled evenings in, cooking for friends and generally relaxing. At least a couple of weekends a month you'd get the flat completely to yourself. I am a young professional, working in central London in PR and marketing. Enjoy swimming, going to the gym, relaxing with friends and family and I work with a charity in my spare time too.
