Spacious Double Room in Southfields

I have a large double room available in a spacious flat in Southfields, available from early June

The Room
The room is a spacious double room with plenty of storage - there are two double wardrobes and two bedside tables which have three drawers in each, plus a small cupboard near the window. The only furniture from the pictures of the room that isn't included is the TV and the brown shelves by the door.

The Flat
Upstairs there are two other bedrooms and the main bathroom. One bedroom is mine and the other I keep as a spare room so I have space for my friends/family to visit which happens at most once a month. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath and everything else you need in a bathroom. Downstairs there is the kitchen, dining area and living room with a balcony which looks out over the shared garden. I have all the kitchen equipment you might need, washing machine, big fridge/freezer and a Nespresso Vertuo which you're welcome to use if you have pods. There's also a second loo downstairs which is a bonus!

The Area
The flat is a five minute walk from Southfields station (District Line) and the high street with an M&S, Sainsburys and lots of coffee shops. There are also plenty of bus stops in close walking proximity to get you anywhere you need to go! Clapham Junction, Putney and Wimbledon are all easy to get to within 15 minutes.

You’ll be joining me, I’m 30 and a lawyer in the music industry. I’m looking for a flatmate who is a working professional of a similar age, who would be happy to join me in a Netflix binge or a night out every now and then, and someone who will be clean and tidy and respectful of the flat. I’m asking for £1100 per month for the room, plus council tax (the flat is in band E so it would be around £50 a month for council tax).
