You would be sharing with me and my partner and our cat Turtle. I am 34, from North Yorkshire and work in Film Set Design mainly for Disney. I enjoy the outdoors and try and escape to the coast hiking when I can, through the week I enjoy running, yoga and wild swimming. I have been living in South London for 9 years and love it.
I work Monday - Friday (8-6) in the Studio, so no at home working for me!
Joseph is 36, from the the North West and an Architect working Monday - Friday (9-6), 3 days in the office & 2 days from home. He loves the outdoors, a keen cyclist and gardener- so lots of home grown treats!
We are clean, friendly and social couple, looking for a likeminded person who wants a home rather than a flat and values a calm, happy space. Preferably someone that likes cats too. (Sorry no pets or couples)
The room is available from 1st September, with a flexible move in date. The Rent is £850 a month, plus bills 1/3 of bills: Water, Gas, Electricity, Wandsworth Council Tax & BT Wifi. Bills are approx. £100 each.
If of interest, please get in touch with a bit about yourself, when you are looking to move and how long for. Looking to do viewings weekend of 24th-26th August, but again flexible.
