Double room en-suite 1 min to Southfields station

Update: sorry for the lack of replying. We’ve had a lot of responses to the ad and are working on short listing and arranging some viewings.

Nice sized double bedroom on ground floor with en-suite (toilet and the best shower I’ve ever had)

The current housemates are 3 Irish girls and an English boy ( Hannah, Jane, Ailbhe and Mike) All mid-late twenties. Ideally, we’re looking for a professional boy the same age to keep the balance. We’d like someone who is clean and sociable.

The room comes with decent storage, but there is also space underneath the stairs.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/ tumble dryer, new oven and randomly a wine fridge.

The house is right next to Southfields station but the trains aren’t loud. It’s 1 minute walk to the station and the area is very nice. There’s a small there are local M&S food, Sainsbury’s and Tesco all with 5 minute walking distance and some nice cafes and restaurants.

Rent is £720 pcm and bills come to about £110.

Move in date is 14th May and we’re looking to do viewings week commencing 1st May.
