Hello beautiful people,
We are three professionals, in our mid /late 20s. and looking for a fourth person to come and live with us.

We have one SINGLE ROOMS available in our well-maintained and clean 4-bed maisonette in a quiet, yet very central area situated 7 min walk from Southfields Tube station (check it on the map) with free parking for residents.

On the ground floor there is the entrance hall, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a large and bright living/dining room that opens onto the garden and one bedroom

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, the bathroom and separate toilet.
The single bedroom available is on the first floor, the room is small, but has a single bed with storage underneath, a desk, a chest of drawers and it also an inbuild wardrobe accessible from just outside the room on the landing.

As for us, we are very sociable, LGBT friendly, clean and tidy and respectful of others and we are looking for a likeminded person. We all have office jobs Mon to Fri.

Bills come to about £60/90 per person per month when there are 4 people living here...VERY cheap!!!

As for the area, the flat is located in a small building, in a residential area, very quiet and safe only a short walk to the Tube station.
The high-street with South Side shopping centre, all the bars and restaurant and all major supermarkets, are also no more than 10 min walk away.
