My name is Gev, professional in my 30s and I have two double and one single room available in our well-maintained and clean 4-bed maisonette in a quiet, yet very central area situated 7 min walk from Southfields Tube station (check it on the map) with free parking for residents.
On the ground floor there is the entrance hall, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a large and bright living/dining room and one double bedroom, fully furnished with a massive walk in storage!!! The double bed can be open and has storage underneath.
There is also a rear patio garden.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, the bathroom and separate toilet.
The single room is on the first floor, and has a single bed with storage underneath and you can move it around as you wish. In the room there's also, a bedside drawer, a small desk and space for more furniture if you want. There is also an inbuild wardrobe with plenty of storage for your personal use just outside the door.
The double room 1 is very bright and spacious and has a double bed with storage underneath, and also a huge inbuilt wardrobe you can put in lots of stuff.
As for me, I'm, very sociable, LGBT friendly, clean and tidy and respectful of others and I'm looking for likeminded people.
I'm happy with professionals and students alike providing you are clean and tidy, respectful of others. We have a cleaning rota in place and it is important that this is respected.
Bills come to about £70/90 per person per month according on the time of the year, and when there are 4 people living here...VERY cheap!!!
As for the area, the flat is located in a small building, in a residential area, very quiet and safe only a short walk to the Tube station.
The high-street with South Side shopping centre, all the bars and restaurant and all major supermarkets, are also no more than 10 min walk away.
All rooms are available from 1st of September 2024. Minimum contract is 12 months.
