We are looking for a couple to join our flat. Large room with balcony available in shared house with 3 other tenants(3 girls). It has king size bed, two chest of drawers, own fridge/freezer and storage space that can be used as wardrobe. Recently repainted, and landlord is happy to provide any additional furniture needed. No pets.. The flat has kitchen, separate wc, bathroom and 4 rooms altogether -no sitting room. Very friendly flatmates, nice quiet and clean house. Some bills like Water Council tax and Internet are included in rent. We share gas, electricity bill and cleaning lady (she comes twice per month and cleans the flat and bedrooms)Available in early August.
