I am delighted to advertise this fabulous room at Southfields.
The house has 4 bedrooms, a big open kitchen with a dining area and a beautiful garden.
The room size is nice and comes with a double bed ,wardrobe and a cabinet.
All our tenants are professionals so we prefer to keep that way.

Full time work contract or self-employment preferred !!!!!

We offer bi weekly cleaning and maintenance service, also Wi-Fi as a courtesy. We don't charge for these services provided.

**All the flatmates are young professionals people, they are clean and respectful, so we are looking to keep it in the same standard.
