The location is excellent: just a few minutes from great bus connections and an 8–10 minute walk to Southfields Station (District Line). Southfields’ charming high street is nearby, with local restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermarket. The house is perfectly positioned between green spaces, just next to King George’s Park and within easy reach of Wimbledon Park.

Southside Shopping Centre is a 12-minute walk away and offers a cinema, shops, and a wide range of local amenities, including gyms, sports centres, and more. Wandsworth Town is around 15 minutes on foot, with plenty of restaurants and places to explore.

About the House
The home is spacious, tidy, and well cared for. It features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, a shared bathroom, and a charming little rooftop, perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing in the sun.

The Room & Rent
The rent includes the following bills (Council Tax, gas/electricity, broadband).

We have a cleaner who visits every two weeks. Water is billed separately every six months. We also share the cost of household essentials as needed.
