Spacious Room in Lovely Flat - No Agency Fees

Hi,

My flat mate and I are looking for a flat mate to move in 21/04/204. It's a clean, respectful and sociable girls flat - we are looking for someone who is fun and enjoys a chat/laugh with a cup of tea or a glass of wine, but who will respect the space we live in.

The flat;
Large room with lots of storage options, living area is spacious yet homely and a great place to hang out. All bills are included in the price (£840pcm)... which is fantastic over the colder months - and the landlord is amazing. There is parking outside and we have a nice little garden out the back, which is great for summer (we're both partial to some WFH in the sun)

The location;
Just a short 10-15 walk from the Southfields station (District Line), easy to commute and get to anywhere in London from there. We are also a short walk from Wandsworth town, so there is an array of cafes, restaurants, gyms and pubs just round the corner. We are also 5 mins away from a large Sainsburys and shopping centre with a cinema :)

Us:
Elena works as a Civil Servant and I work in Tech Sales we are both turning 30 this year (woo), we are fun and love the odd drink at the pub but also enjoy cosy nights with tea/wine and the occassial dose of reality TV. We are both non smokers, with no pets.

You;
You've probably heard this before but we are looking for someone sociable and chatty to complete our trio in the flat, but at the same time tidyness and cleanliness is hugely important. We love our home in the flat and want to treat with respect.
