Double Room Southfields - Wandsworth

Hello Everyone,

I have a perfect double room available from 10th of June. Only 3 people sharing the house, living room, dinning room and garden.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and additional shelves. If you need more space, we have a loft storage space too. The bathroom has a bath and a walk in shower; shared with one person only as the third room is an ensuite.

You'll love the house - it's a 3-bedroom from the 1960s that's been renovated and super-insulated for your comfort.

The location is fantastic, too. It's in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by trees, and it's close to Southfields tube station (District line), which is just a quick 7-minute walk away, and there's even a secure bike shed for those who like to cycle.

Wimbledon Common is a few streets away, we are surrounded of nature. The backyard garden is perfect for evenings and relax. There's plenty of free parking available in front of the house.

Right now, one of the rooms is occupied by me - I am usually pretty busy during the week. My current flatmate works in Property Management, both of us working everyday in the office.

The kitchen is modern and stocked with all the gadgets. I would love to hear from you if you're a professional looking for a friendly, calm, welcoming household. Just a heads up, though - No pets or couples.
