The property is in a quiet residential area of Southfields about 15 minute walk from Southfields tube station with links to central London.
You’ll be living with three great chaps.
Tadgh, Mark and Rayne. Late 20s to early 30s All working professionals in various industries.
It’s a very quiet house and the flatmates lead their own lives, but come together for a drink or catchup from time to time.
It’s not a party house more a place to relax.
The landlord is chilled and the room is very cheap considering the cost of rental in London at the moment.
Bills come to about £100 pcm including energy internet and council tax. Can vary in the summer.
