Hello!

Tucked away in a very green corner of Southfields.... a lovely furnished double room is available in a calm n friendly two-bed flat.

Location:
10-12 mins from Southfields tube station (District Line) and 1 minute to Wimbledon Common. Nearest train stations: Putney, Wimbledon ( approx. 10 mins by bus), Clapham Junction (approx. 25 mins by bus).

I've just moved in and am gradually giving the place some TLC. Your bedroom is newly repainted, furnished with wardrobe and draws/mirror/sturdy quality bedframe with super comfy Emma mattress. There is also decent space for a desk.

We're up on the third floor with views onto a lush shared garden on one side, and Wimbledon common on the other. The place is flooded with light: in the morning on the balcony (equally good for your morning coffee or drying laundry) and into the afternoon and evening through both bedroom.

Living room and bathroom (with separate toilet) to share.

Pictures attached are a mixture of before/after I moved in - hence the mattress on the floor in the living room whilst I paint my bedroom!

About me:
British/French, studied German and Italian and have lived abroad a fair bit. Work in arts/charity sector at the moment. I like to be active, get out the house, and eat well etc. When it’s a bit warmer I’m hoping to exploit the little balcony for drinks and dinners with friends (not too noisy though as it’s a relatively quiet neighbourhood with lots of families).
Looking for a considerate flatmate to share my home :))
