I am looking for someone to take my room in a shared house in Southfields. I am looking for a tidy, quiet person who can live with my three flatmates, who are professional and friendly. If you are a student, you will need to have a job to be able to take this room.
The room is a fairly large double room with good storage. In the picture you will see no wardrobes but now there are two. Also, the flat has recently been redecorated and refurbished. All bills are included in the rent, and also a regular cleaner!
As for the area, Southfields is a very quiet residential neighbourhood. It is very well connected, as you can find the metro 10 minutes away and many bus lines.
