Sitting room has 2 comfy leather sofas and a fancy recliner w/ footstall, big smart TV.
£990pcm, plus third of council tax (Band D), Electricity, Gas, Water bills. WiFi is included.
Council Tax Band D - seems to be £90ish pcm (so £30pp)
Electricity/Gas - has worked out £60ish pp/pcm since May'24 with two tenants.
Water £10pcm.
These are estimates, but based on my actual transactions since the previous tenant moved in end of May.
