A newly furnished and decorated double in a bright, quiet terraced 3 bed house in a quiet close.
15 mins walk gets you to Wimbledon Common, Southfields Tube, the very good Telegraph pub. Tesco Express 30s away.
Current tenants of the two other rooms are a 27 year old professional (I sell v good tea), and a 28 year old who stays 2 days a month on average.
Bedroom is overlooking the garden, a semi-flight of stairs gets to the bath and shower room and separate WC. Sharing these with 1 other max as third room is ensuite. Bedroom has overbed storage, desk, wardrobe, bedside tables - if anything else would make you super comfortable let's talk.
Kitchen/Dining Room is well stocked - ideally looking for someone who's happy to share the accoutrements - pots/pans, cutlery, spices rather than multiple sets of everything like uni students. Good gas hob, electric oven, washer/dryer, brand new washing machine, underfloor heating in the kitchen if we really want to splash out in the depths of winter.
Garden has decking with small table with two chairs, leading down to a grassy area with charcoal (Egg) BBQ and a larger table and chairs. Photos will be added once I've had a strim.
Sitting room has 2 comfy leather sofas and a fancy recliner w/ footstall, big smart TV.
£900pcm, plus half of council tax (Band D), Electricity, Gas, Water bills. WiFi is included.
Council Tax Band D - seems to be £60ish pcm (so £30pp)
Electricity/Gas - has worked out £117 pcm since June '23 with one tenant.
Water £15pcm.
These are estimates, but based on my actual transactions since moving in June '23.
