Double room in Southfields share house

I’m moving out the first week of July and am looking for someone to replace me in our house.

The landlord has done a lot of recent repairs and redecorating which has made the place really nice.

The kitchen has two fridges, new double oven, new washing machine (bought within the last two years) we have a dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen and the floor has also been redone this year.

The bedroom is a double room with large cupboard space and a dresser included.

The living room has a dining table and two couches and a new TV.

Our bills are paid out of one account and one person manages this, bills individually come to £100, rent for the room would be £564 excluding bills.

We share spices, cooking oil and milk and a family plan on Spotify out of the house account.

The room is available from the last week in June, the rent cycle is every month on the 19th and managed by KFH.
