We have a large unfurnished double room available from mid June in our existing 3 bedroom share.

Bills are excluded, but come to about £130-150 per month, including a professional cleaner every 2nd week.

The house has a large eat in kitchen, separate lounge, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a study and a private garden.

We are well situated, a short distance from public transport, groceries, gyms and other amenities in Southfields and Earlsfield.

You’ll be sharing with 2 South Africans who met through this house share. We are both working professionals and enjoy being active and having a social household. So looking for someone who will match this.
