The flat is 4 bedrooms, and the other sharers are all 3 women. A woman to take over would be preferred but not essential.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe, and shelf. The room is spacious with enough room to put a desk to work from home.

The bathroom/toilet is separate (which is really handy when 2 people need to use the facilities at the same time!).

The kitchen is bright and light with shared dishes if needed, and allocated areas will be pointed out during viewings. There is no living room but a sofa in the kitchen for socialising. Washing machine in the kitchen.

There is a shared balcony off the kitchen which is lovely in summer and gets great sunshine in the afternoon especially. You can even see the tennis courts at Wimbledon in the winter.

All bills are included, so your £790pm will cover:
- rent
- water
- gas
- electricity
- council tax
- internet
- cleaner (every 2 weeks)

The flat is ideally located with great public transport options. Southfields station is the closest (Wimbledon branch of district line), with Putney and Wimbledon rail stations within easy reach. The closest bus routes are 39, 93, 493. Perfect if you're working in Wimbledon, Putney, Wandsworth, Clapham or other nearby areas.

The flatmates you'll be sharing with are all lovely people who are happy to chat or leave you to your own devices, as you prefer.

The landlord is responsive and good at communicating. Holding deposit = £150.
