The room is facing communal garden & the flat is around 5 minutes walk to the Lawn Tennis Wimbledon Club. I can give my allocated parking space if needed.
When I am away from 1st July until 7th July you could be using the living room otherwise I will be staying there on my return.
I have a lodger in the 2nd bedroom who works as a teacher. She is quiet & respectful.
