Very cozy single room in wonderful state with his own balcony, redecorated and refurbished as the whole flat had been redecorated and refurbished. The flat will be sharing with 3 wonderful tenants, all of them already professional, friendly and wonderful.
All bills are included as well one a week a cleaner will coming to clean the common areas but that doesn't mean we as tenants don't take care, is more just as a plus to have the apartment tidy and clean as possible
