Lovely double room 2 mins from Southfields station

I'm looking for someone to take my room in a 4 person house share in Southfields. I've lived here for over 3 years and have honestly loved it but, I'm moving in with my partner.

It's a very quiet house, with plenty of communal space ( large front room and dining room, a kitchen and garden which are often left unused!) Not to mention it's less a 2-3 min walk to Southfields station.

The remaining housemates are looking for a professional in their late 20s/30/40s who is friendly, relaxed and wants a clean, tidy, quiet place to live!

Officially the room is available from 20th September, when the new contract will start (12 months). So housemates are looking for someone who's happy to commit at least a year from September. However, I want to move out as soon as, so ideally you can move in early! The rent and bills are a little lower, £812pcm, until September, after which it'll go up to about £870pcm in the new contract.

Bills are included (heating, electric, water, internet plus we also have a cleaner twice a month). These are all managed by another housemate who's been there long term and it's all very straightforward! I'm planning on leaving all the furniture in my room as I inherited from a previous housemate.

The landlord rarely visits the place, but is very amenable and the property is managed through KFH, so any problems are resolved pretty quickly. One of the girls has their own en suite so there's one bathroom shared with 2 other flatmates and another toilet downstairs.
