Hello potential new housemate! We are Harry (24), Ellie (24) and Rachel (26) and have a spare room going in our lovely house in Southfields, SW London. Our current flatmate is leaving due to a job change so we are looking for someone new to move in.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲
Two-storey house with a large modern kitchen that has a dining table and plenty of storage. Accessible from the kitchen is a paved private garden which we have enhanced with outside chair+tables, fairy lights and BBQ. There is a lounge with two sofas and we have added a TV. Upstairs is the room for rent, and the bathroom.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺
Spacious upstairs double room. Furniture remaining is the bed and the wooden wardrobe. Unsure if chest of drawers will be staying yet. Can comfortably fit a desk. Move in date is August 22nd and we'd be looking for someone to stay for 1 year.

Roughly 6min walk to Southfields station (District Line), 12min walk to Wimbledon Park, 23min walk to Wimbledon Tennis Courts. Local high street with Sainsburys, Tescos, M&S Food, Gym, Hairdressers, Dentist, Pharmacy, Coffee Shops, Restaurants - pretty much everything you need! Really lovely area, family oriented, definitely have enjoyed living here.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗨𝘀
We are a social house that often hang out together to watch a film, sometimes cook together, and socialise in communal areas, but also have our own lives and independent friendship groups.

Harry is a Data Scientist working with AI. Interests include photography, art exhibitions, walking and exploring London, finding new music and Nintendo games.

Rachel is originally from Canada and works as an administrator in a private hospital. Interests include yoga, reality shows, walking.

Ellie is on a finance graduate scheme and enjoys exploring london, reading, yoga and comedy shows.

We're looking for a friendly housemate who enjoys catch ups, the occasional movie night, and to be part of our house dynamic.
