Weekly stays are possible too at £225 per week.
The house is 2 minutes walk away from Southfield station a district line to central London within 30 min or the other way to Wimbledon and 20 min overground to Waterloo. All in all, well connected. 🚊
The people in the house are super outgoing, fun and active. Definitely a fun lot and happy to engage with you or help you with anything you need.
Rent is £800 with bills - you won't find anything of this size cheaper anywhere in London, I promise you.
I didn't get around to take photos of the rest of the house, but happy to send you some more, if I haven't uploaded some ASAP
