I am looking for a flat mate to share my tenancy of a two bedroom flat in a quiet close, 10 mins walk from Southfields station (District Line).
Clean and tidy maisonette style property on first and second floors of small apartment block. partly furnished, on two floors. description below:
1st floor -
Large and light furnished living room / dining area.
Kitchen with fridge/freezer, new washing machine, dishwasher and electric oven/hob.
2nd floor -
Two bedrooms (one already occupied by myself) the other available is a small double, currently unfurnished (to be discussed) with East facing window overlooking communal garden area.
Bathroom - bath with shower over, toilet and sink unit + storage areas.
Outdoors -
Large car park and communal garden area in quiet close.
Off street parking, secure bike storage, bus stop directly outside of Close with good transport links. Close to A3 and local amenities.
SHARED bills, rough estimates as below:
Broadband - est £40 pcm
Water - est £25 pcm
Electricity - est £100 - £250 pcm (depending on seasons)
Council Tax (Wandsworth band E) - currently £122 pcm
TV license currently paid by myself (to be discussed).
New sharer will commence a Contract with the landlord (who is very nice) and will have to provide identity check, right to rent check and affordability check to letting agent and will take on the property 'as seen'.
I am a clean / tidy professional working for a music agency nearby. I would like to think I am an easy going and reliable flat mate, that will respect privacy and space. I have lived in this flat for two years, and really enjoy it.
