We are looking for a new housemate as our current housemate Ed is moving out after 4 years of living here to live with his girlfriend. We can offer a very spacious double room just 2 min walk to the station!
The house has been recently painted, with new double glazed windows and mattresses. The property comes with a lovely garden perfect for BBQ's with friends and a good size kitchen and lounge. The room is furnished apart from a desk and one chest of drawers that Ed will be taking with him.
The house itself is superbly located in a quiet road in Southfields - minutes away from all the amenities including the tube station, coffee shops, restaurants, the gym and supermarkets.
We are looking for someone clean, friendly and who has a 9-5 work schedule and keen to socialise occasionally as a house.
The current housemates:
WIll and Sophie (couple) who work in construction and accounting
Beth - Events professional working with start-ups
The rent is £725 PCM + £125 bills per month.
