Double Room Available/ Wimbledon

We are delighted to offer one double bedroom for single occupancy in a lovely house 3 minutes from Wimbledon Station.

All the rooms come fully furnished.

The communal area is clean and well-maintained and includes a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all essential kitchen appliances.

PLEASE NOTE THAT TENANTS MUST EARN AT LEAST TWICE THE MONTHLY RENT.

We do not charge any deposit, however, the below is required:

To secure the room, a holding deposit of £200 is required. This amount will be deducted from the balance due later.

After making the payment, please send your documents via email. Then, you will need to visit our office to pay the following:

The first two weeks' rent

The last four weeks' rent (notice period)

A one-time payment of £200 to cover utility bills for the first six months of the contract.

If you decide to extend the contract on a rolling basis after the initial six months, no additional payment for utilities will be required.

We offer maintenance service, cleaner and Wi-Fi as a courtesy, it is not included on the bills or rent. We don't charge for these services provided. It's just to keep our standard.

**All the flatmates are young professionals people, they are clean and respectful, so we are looking to keep it to the same standard.
