Single room (2 minutes from the tube station)

Hey guys, we’ve got a great single room available in our homely Southfields flat from early September.

The flat is right next to Southfields tube and several bus stops, so getting to Wimbledon, Hammersmith, Putney and Clapham is nice and easy. There’s plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within five minutes’ walk, and Southside Shopping Centre is just a couple of stops on the bus. We’re down the road from both Wimbledon Park and Wimbledon Common too – perfect for summer picnics and winter woodland walks!

The single room overlooks the balcony and garden so it's nice and quiet, and has a work desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and two external cupboards (one in the upstairs hall, one in the downstairs hall) to use for storing bulky items like suitcases and sports equipment. It faces the sun and gets loads of natural light.

The flat is split-level and is made up of two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), a big kitchen with a new fridge and washing machine, living room with dining table, and a balcony overlooking the apartment garden. The living room has had new couches moved in, and there's a designated parking space in our gated car park.

You’ll be sharing with me - Diana, a 24 year-old lawyer who likes to travel and play tennis, and Alice, 29 year-old who works in human rights.
