Room to rent in Southfields (long term only)

Hi, I'm moving out to live with my partner and finding someone else to live with my housemate. The flat is large for two people, bright and clean.

I've lived in this apartment for 3 years and really enjoyed it - it's got a great location with the tube 5 minutes away, and Richmond Park is an easy 15 minute cycle away. The living room is spacious and the neighbours are quiet.

My housemate is a keen (elite) runner, someone sporty would be a good match. He is really tidy, and works in the office 5 days a week leaving early and getting back in the evening. If you were WFH, you would have the flat to yourself for most of the time.

I will admit that the bedroom is small, really a 'bed' room. It does have plenty of storage so it's more than liveable. The kitchen also has lots of storage, as do the cupboards in the hallway. It's a great price for what is a lovely flat. I'm sad to be moving out.

The landlord is responsive and fair, having replaced a few appliances and always fixing things we ask for. The flat is currently on a 12mo contract from September - September.

Flexible on moving in date but ideally October 7th onwards.
