2 rooms in an amazing house in Southfields

We have 2 double rooms available in a fantastic house in Southfields. The house is big with a good kitchen and separate large shared living room, as well as having loads of character. There is also a huge outside deck with nice views which is perfect for barbecues etc. in the summer. Both rooms are good sized double bedrooms.

We are currently a house of 4 guys and have all become good friends and regularly socialise as a household. The reasons for moving out are, to move in with a partner, and to go travelling. The two of us who are staying (Ollie & Lewis) are both very chilled out guys in our 20s, both working professionals. We are both clean and tidy, and are looking for people who want to live somewhere that feels homely and not like a student flat.

In terms of interests, we are both like playing sport and going to the gym. We like getting out and exploring London. Pub trips, for pints or the local pub quiz. Live music and gigs. Ollie is a musician when he's not at his day-job, and has a band he plays gigs with too. Generally a mixture of chilled evenings and going out for a few drinks etc.

We like living in a sociable house, so are looking for people who have their own lives already, but are also keen to socialise sometimes as well.
