I'm moving in with family and would like someone to take over from mid-to-end of September. Agency requires sufficient income proof, so please apply only if you can show employment-contract/salary-slips/regular stipend (if student).

The room is spacious, with a double bed, decent storage and a large window with a good view, breeze and lots of light. The other tenants are all friendly, helpful, clean and professionals.
