I am saddened to have to leave this place after a year and 6 months here. I originally signed a five year contract, which you would be taking over for the remainder of 3 years and 6 months.
The contract includes a rental increase from £1300 to £1500 in January 2026 to meet market value. Bills are not included but come to about £150 a month total. The final date of the tenancy is 17/07/2028.
