Hi everyone

We have a double room available a few minutes' walk from the Tube station. This lovely property is presented in excellent decorative order throughout, with great public transport links to London and surrounding areas have just become available.

We do not charge any deposit, however, the below is required:

Couples are welcome for £260 per week.

To secure the room, a holding deposit of £250 is required. This amount will be deducted from the balance due later.

After making the payment, please send your documents via email. Then, you will need to visit our office to pay the following:

The first two weeks of the rent

The last two weeks (notice period)

A one-time payment of £250 to cover utility bills for the months of the contract.

If you decide to extend the contract on a rolling basis after the initial three months, no additional payment for utilities will be required.

We offer maintenance service, cleaner and Wi-Fi as a courtesy, it is not included on the bills or rent. We don't charge for these services provided. It's just to keep our standard.

**All the flatmates are young professionals people, they are clean and respectful, so we are looking to keep it to the same standard.
