Big sunny room available in October

Hello!

I’m moving out of my flat to be closer to work so have a big room available in Southfields.

The room is at the front of the property with a big window so gets lots of sun and is very bright. Has a lovely original fireplace which gives a very homey vibe.

The room is unfurnished but happy to sell my bed on and wardrobe on but equally happy to sell it onto someone else and get rid of it. Most of the furniture (e. g. the chest of drawers etc.) is coming with me so chance to make the room your own!

Nice big kitchen and living room space. The bathroom is pretty new and is done up really nice. Little garden outside which gets a lot of sun!

Flatmates:
3 lovely girls (Rosie, Jolene and Amie) who hang out when we can but have their own stuff going on. Work in different areas across the public and private sector. Looking for someone who wants to make the place a home ☺️

The area:
Southfields is great. It’s got lots of places to grab groceries, a couple pubs, yummy brunch places and Wimbledon Park close by so lots of green space.

The district line is 5 mins walk away, lots of buses to Wimbledon, Clapham Junction and you can walk to Earlsfield for the train. Wandsworth and Southside are a 15 mins walk away.

Bills and boring stuff:
You’ll be taking over the room and rent from 15th October (the day rent is due).

Rent is £821.25

Bills are usually about £100 a month.

Deposit is £833.
