We are two girls who are looking for a female woman to rent a room that is semi furnished in a 3 bed apartment in Smithwood close SW19 6JJ.
Apartment is available from the 23rd of December.
We are looking for somebody that can rent for minimum 1 year.
The house is close to Southfield tube station.
The rent is 600 a month bills are excluded. The bills are split between the 3 people renting the flat and it varies based on consumption but it usually does not reach 110£ and don’t go above 110 £ a month .
There is a deposit but we are still in talk with the landlord for the amount.
