Bright Double Room in Southfields

Hiya,

I'm looking for a new flatmate from the beginning of December as my friend is unfortunately moving out.
The room comes furnished, it is quite bright and has a comfortable double bed. The rest of the flat is small but cozy, we share the kitchen/living room and the bathroom. The flat is less than a minute walk away from the tube station in the heart of Southfields, which if you're new to the area is a very quiet and safe neighbourhood in SW.

Ideally I'm looking of someone mid or late 20s, clean and easygoing. As we're going to be only two in the flat, it would be great to find somebody that has similar interests and hobbies.

If you want to know a little bit more about me, I'm from Italy and moved to London two years ago for my master degree. I'm a filmmaking graduate, currently looking for jobs on set, while working almost full time in a nursery and pursuing small film projects on the side. As you can imagine I love going to the cinema as much as possible, but I also enjoy a good film at home. I seize every opportunity that I get to travel somewhere new or to go back home for a few days.
I'm quite spontaneous and relaxed and I like to keep the space that I live in very clean.

Electricity/gas: £35-70
+ £76 for water to give to the previous flatmate as she already paid from December 2024 to the end of March 2025.
